摘要
通过动态力学参数温度谱,研究了尼龙1010/6 、尼龙1010/66 两个共聚物系列的动态力学参数与组成的关系。研究表明尼龙1010/6 、尼龙1010/66 在测试温度范围内出现三个明显的松弛转变:α、β、γ,其中各共聚物的β、γ松弛温度相差不大,而α松弛温度随组成改变有明显改变。一般均聚物的α松弛温度较高,共聚物的α松弛温度均低于均聚物,二个系列以尼龙1010/6(29 .8/70 .2) 、尼龙1010/66(50 .1/49 .9)α松弛温度最低。此外,对比α松弛内耗最大值,发现两个系列共聚物中分别以尼龙1010/6(48.9/51 .1) 、尼龙1010/66(50 .1/49 .9) 内耗最大;在低于α松弛温度下, 均聚物动态模量较大,但以尼龙1010/6(71 .8/28 .2) 、尼龙1010/66(14 .3/85 .7) 动态模量最大。
The relaxations between dynamic mechanical properties and compositions of PA1010/6 and PA1010/66 are studied with DDV.It is found that PA1010/6 and PA1010/66 have three obvious relaxations between -150℃ and +250℃:α、β、γ,T β and T γ of PA1010/6 or PA1010/66 being similar ,but T α changing with the compositions increased . T α of the homopolymer is higher than that of copolymer,with PA1010/6(29.8/70.2) and PA1010/66(50.1/49.9) having lowest ,and tgδ in α relaxation of PA1010/6(48.9/51.1) and PA1010/66 (50.1/49.9) is the highest in their series,respectively。At low temperature,the value of [E] of PA100/6(71.8/28.2) and PA1010/66(7.4/92.6) is highest and that of PA1010/6(48.9/51.1) and PA1010/66(50.1/49.9)is lowest in the same series,respectively.
