摘要
合成了5-(3-羧基-2-羟基-5-磺基苯偶氮)-8-氨基喹啉(CHSPAQ)。在表面活性剂CTMAB存在下,于pH9.8的缓冲溶液中,CHSPAQ与钴形成红色配合物,其最大吸收波长位于595nm,摩尔吸光系数为6.78×10~4L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),钴的量在0~25μg/25mL内符合比尔定律。
5-(3-carboxy-2-hydroxyl-5-sulfophenylazo)-8-aminoquinoline has been synthesised.In the presence of CTMAB,the complex shows an absorption maximum at 595 nm with an apparent molar absorptivity of 6.78×104 L·mol·cm-1 in the buffer solusion with pH=9.8.Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0 ~ 25μg/25 mL.
