论竞技舞龙运动自选套路的编排

On the Designing of Competitive Dragon Dance's Optional Routine

竞技舞龙自选套路比赛得分主要取决于套路编排与完成质量,编排是完成的基础,是取胜的前提。采用文献资料法、录像观察法从自选套路编排重要性、舞龙运动的节奏、音乐伴奏、运动队风格、自选套路中动作衔接、套路中难度动作布局、套路编排的创新等方面对竞技舞龙自选套路编排问题做出了系统、全面、深入的研究。旨在进一步提高舞龙自选套路创编水平,促进竞技舞龙运动快速发展。

The scoring of the competitive dragon dance＇s optional routines depends mainly on the arrangement of routine and quality of execution.The arrangement is the basis of accomplishment,and the premise foundation of winning.This paper,by using the methods of literature,video observation,made a systemic,complete and deep study from the perspectives of the importance of the arrangement of optional routine,the rhythm of the music,dragon movement accompaniment,sports teams＇ free style,action link in routine,the layout of difficult exercises in the routine,the innovation of the arrangement of routine on the problems in the designing of competitive dragon dance.It is aimed to further improve the creative level of dragon dance routines and promote the rapid development of competitive dragon dance movement.
