摘要
以探索教育的理念为基础,从学生主观能动性为出发点,基于思维指导行为的模式优化体育教学过程,探讨探索课程引入高校体育教学的可行性和所注意的问题,让学生从体验和分享中提升体育的认识,促进学生主动参与体育锻炼,提升学生综合素质的目的。
Based on the idea of exploring education and the mode of thought instructing behavior,the text optimizes the process of P.E.teaching from the viewpoint of college students' initiative.It will investigate the feasibility and the problems of introducing exploring courses into colleges' P.E.teaching.It aims at enhancing students' understanding of physical education through experiencing and sharing,encouraging them to take initiative in participating in sports and improving their comprehensive qualities.
