我国普通高校高水平篮球队训练管理现状及对策——基于全国34所高校高水平篮球队的调查数据分析

The Current Situation and Countermeasures of High Level Basketball Teams in General Colleges and Universities——Based on the Data of 34 Universities and Colleges in China

我国高校高水平篮球队通过25年建设与发展,取得了一定的成绩,但新形势下还面临着诸多困难和制约因素,中国竞技体育"学院化"的发展并未达到预期的目标。论文以教育部审批的34所普通高等学校高水平篮球队作为调查对象,采用了文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法等研究方法,在了解和评价我国高校高水平篮球队训练管理现况基础上,分析探索训练管理存在的主要问题,并相应提出对策建议,为进一步加强我国高校高水平篮球队训练管理提供决策依据。

In the past 25 years,the high-level college basketball teams have made great achievements in the process of construction and development.But under the new situation,they are facing many difficulties and constraints.The development of academic sports hasn＇t achieved the desired objectives.This paper choose thirty-four universities or colleges as the study object,these universities or colleges are approved to have their own high-level basketball teams by the Ministry of Education.In this paper,the author used some research method such as literature,questionnaire,expert interviews,and comparative study and so on.This paper aimed to study and evaluate the development status of the high-level college basketball teams and analyze the main problems in training and management,and propose some suggestions for further enhancement for the high-level college basketball teams.
