摘要
通过2009年联合会杯比赛中的录象观察进行统计分析了解当今世界级优秀中后卫在后场防守时失误的原因,为今后的中卫防守技术与战术能力的提高的训练提供了参考。本文通过文献资料法、录像观察法、数理统计法、归纳分析法对中后卫个人防守技术中争顶球、抢球、断球、铲球的统计与分析研究,研究证明防守时机的把握有一定的基本规律遵循特别是争顶球和断球时机的选择就应该在触球前进行。防守技术动作的运用(既选位和时机的把握)应注意提高其合理性和高效性断球次数多且成功率高进一步提高抢球技术水平的成功率是当今防守技术发展的趋势。
In this paper,by the use of literature and data,video observation,mathematical statistics and inductive analysis on individual defensive skills in hitting ball,steals,tackles,the author＇ studies have shown that the timing of certain defense has to obey the basic rule to follow,especially the hitting the ball and steals and the timing should be carried out before toughing the ball.The use of defensive technical movements（both bit and the timing of elections） should focus on improving the rationality and efficiency,with a number of steals and a high success rate to further improve the success rate of ball skills in today＇s defense technology trends.
