摘要
合成了具有抑制细胞分裂活性的 N,N′-双 (3 -氯苯基 )脲 ,用红外和紫外光谱进行了结构表征 ;并测定了多晶 X-射线粉末衍射图 ,进行了单晶 X-射线衍射分析 采用抑制油菜胚根生长的方法 ,测定了生物活性。
N,N Bis(3 Chlorophenyl)urea inhibiting cytokinin active has been synthesized.The structure has been characterized by IR、UV and powder x ray analysis.The crystal structure has been determined by using single crystal x ray method and the biological activity in inhibiting rape growing(IC 50 )has been determined.
