摘要
无论管理者是否意识到自己处于一种特殊的文化氛围之中,他的管理都受制于这种环境所造成的特定文化哲学心态。管理者自身的思维方式和活动方式,也都受到一定哲学意识的引导。人本管理作为管理科学史上的一块里程碑,必定以植根于一定文化土壤中的哲学意识为基石。
Whether or not consciously managers are consciously aware themselves in a special kind of cultural atmosphere in, his management operation and to achieve the value target are subject to this kind of environment caused by specific cultural philosophy mentality. Managers own mode of thinking and active way, was certain philosophical consciousness guidance. Humanistic management as a management science, a milestone in rooted in certain cultural also surely the philosophical consciousness as the foundation stone of soil. Humanistic management is the management science in the development of contemporary with law, human in their own practice process of creation and choice of results. Scientific development view is this administration created broader system space.
