摘要
以杜预为代表的礼家认为有资格立大宗者仅为太子之母弟一人,而以贺循为代表的礼家则认为受封之群公子及起于是邦为大夫者皆可立大宗。杜预之说将礼文"公子之宗道"与一般卿大夫立宗之原则等而视之并受到了王肃之学的影响,而贺氏之说则明显受到了郑玄之学的影响。在两晋立宗资格问题上,由主杜预之说到主贺氏之说,反映出了两晋学术传统与学风的转变。
DuYu, as the representative of some Ritual scientists in Jin dynasty hold that only the king's second eldest son has the right to create clan, this viewpoint formed because of WangSu's influence and confusing of the principle in foundation of the clan between the prince's clan and DaFu's elan. While HeXun and others insist that all of the king's sons except the crown Prince and every body knighted as DaFu in this kingdom have the right to be the ancestor of the clan. This viewpoint was influenced by ZhengXuan' s thoughts. The discussion about the right to create clan in Jin dynasty has practical significance. Besides, we can spy on the tendency about the thoughts of ritual study in Jin dynasty roughly form it.
