Research on cloud computing involved library is still a completely new subject,the contents of which include： explaining the concept and features of cloud computing,proposing the development and application conditions of cloud computing in the library community at home and abroad,giving specific directions for transforming the library into cloud computing completely from the perspective of device,application and service.This essay has summarized,induced and evaluated correlated research,which is helped strengthen theory research and constructing practice.
