西部地区农村信息化建设是促进西部农业实现现代化、实现农民增收的重要桥梁。但在西部农村信息化建设中会面临资金短缺、人才匮乏、信息意识淡薄等许多不足。要进一步推进西部农村信息化,应加大硬件设施建设,加强信息队伍建设,满足多元化的信息服务,整合信息服务平台,实现信息共享。

The western rural IT application construction is an important channel to promote the western agricultural modernization and realize peasants＇ income increase.But in the process of western rural IT application construction,there will be facing many shortcomings,such as the capital and talent shortage,lack of information consciousness etc.To further promote the rural IT application,hardware facilities and information team construction should be strengthened,and the multicultural information service should be satisfied,the information service platform should be integrated to realize information sharing.
