创建节约型社会中的图书馆节约之道

Economical Path of Libraries in the Creation of an Economical Society

能源危机席卷全球,各国采取措施应对。我国图书馆界普遍存在着严重的能源浪费问题。从对某高校图书馆部分能源消耗的统计入手,用数字说明这一浪费的巨大性。针对图书馆节能问题提出了加强宣传、落实责任、完善节能奖惩制度、成本独立核算、更换节能设备、加大舆论监督、将节能成果列入干部考核等七点建议,号召图书馆界与国家一起应对能源危机,促进自身科学、持续、协调发展。

The increasingly serious energy crisis,the financial crisis sweeping the globe,in response to the crisis,countries have taken measures.The prevalence of libraries in our country is a serious waste of energy.In this paper,starting from the statistics,the figures show the tremendous waste of,and energy issues for the Library of seven-point proposal,calling on libraries to deal with the crisis together with countries,development of self.
