目的:探讨经阴道超声检查诊断异位妊娠的操作手法及相关问题。方法:经阴道超声探查盆腔,并以超声探头和用手经腹协调运动操作。结果:不同类型的异位妊娠其超声声像图表现各具特征,阴道超声检查并以超声探头结合用手经腹协调运动操作可准确检查出异常包块。结论:经阴道超声诊断异位妊娠探查方法可为临床异位妊娠的诊断及鉴别诊断提供依据。

Objective： To explore the value of transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods： Transvaginal ultrasound was used in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. The ectopic pregnancy was proved by operation and pathology. Results： The direct visualization of ectopic pregnancy, uonspecific signs for ectopic pregnancy like fluid in the pouch of Douglas, thin endometrium, the thickness of endometrium, an intrauterine pseudogestation sac or corpus luteum formation were signs of ectopic pregnancy. Conclusion： Transvagihal ultrasound is effective in the diagnosis of eetopie pregnancy.
