摘要
通过将青霉素钠盐压缩空气压料优化为离心泵打料,有效缩短了压料时间;对罐式三合一丁醇顶洗操作进行优化改进,将罐式三合一和放料管道内的水彻底进行置换,提高了青霉素钠盐收率。
The material transferring process has been changed from compressed air to centrifuge,therefore the material transferring time was decreased.The solvent used for material washing and transferring was optimized through replacing all the water in pipeline with n-butanol.The yield of penicillin G sodium is increased by above improvements.
