摘要
研究了米根霉发酵生产L-乳酸过程中培养条件对乳酸脱氢酶和L-乳酸发酵水平的影响,着重讨论了乳酸脱氢酶活力对L-乳酸发酵水平的关系。
Culture conditions effecting Lactate Dehydrogenase (LDH) and L\|lactic acid level during fermentation process of R.orgyzae are studied.LDH activity and L\|lactic acid fermentation are discussed in detail.
