摘要
建立了头孢克肟口崩片溶出度的测定方法。采用紫外分光光法,于波长288 nm处测定本品吸光度,计算本品的溶出度。方法的线性范围为6.05～14.11μg/mL(r=0.999 8),平均回收率(n=9)为99.9%,RSD=0.18%。本法简便、快速、准确,可较好评价头孢克肟口崩片的质量,为其质量控制提供依据。
To establish a method for determining content uniformity of cefixime orally disintegrating tablets.Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was adopt to determinte and calculate the dissolution of cefixime orally disintegrating tablets when the wavelength was 288 nm.The calibration curves showed good linearity in the range of 6.05～14.11 μg/mL（r =0.999 8）,the average recovery rate（n =9） was 99.9%,RSD=0.18%.The method is convenient,fast and accurate.It can be applied to approve the dissolution of cefixime orally disintegrating tablets.
