摘要
目的验证双能量CT(Dual-Energey CT,DECT)在体外预测泌尿系结石成分的准确性。方法选取相对完整尿路结石71枚,在体外模拟人输尿管内环境,采用DECT和红外光谱法(金标准)分析结石成分,二者结果进行统计学(Kappa一致性检验)分析、对比。结果所有结石均能在DECT上有阳性表现,而且均能在Syngo Dual Energy软件上被标记,其检出率为100%。DECT分析其中60枚结石主要成分为草酸钙结石,10枚结石主要成分为磷酸钙结石,1枚结石主要成分为尿酸钙结石。DECT成分分析结果与红外光谱法分析结果Kappa一致性检验值为0.894,二者具有高度的一致性。结论 DECT可在体外准确预测泌尿系结石的成分。
Objective To evaluate forecasting accuracy of Dual-energy CT on kidney calculous components.Methods 71 comparatively intact calculi were chosen.The inner conditions of the human ureter were simulated in vitro.These calculi were scanned by Dual-energy CT and analysed by Kidney Stones software.Then these calculi was analyzed by Infrared Spectrum Radiometer.The two kinds of results were compared with,and assessed by Kappa statistic.Results 71 calculi results were admitted into our study.Components in 60 were made up by oxalate ions,components in 10 were made up by phosphatic ions,and one was made up by urate ions.The two results were analysed by Kappa statistics,the result was 0.894.It showed that test results by Dual-energy CT had a high degree of consistency with test results by Infrared Spectrum Radiometer.Conclusion Urinary calculous components can be accurately predicted by DECT noninvasively.
