摘要
基于现有的提速理论和四大干线的提速效果,从多角度论述了改革现有的客货混运的运输组织模式的必要性.着重从运能角度,采用计算扣除系数的方法,说明了繁忙干线不适于进一步提速,而应修建客运专线。
This paper describes the need for reforming the present operational mode whereby passenger and freight trains run on the same line. The paper is based on current theories of speed raising and the effects of such increases on four main rail trunks on the network in China. Emphatically viewing from the traffic capacity, it also expounds that the busy main trunks are not fit for further speed raising by using the method of calculating the removal coefficient.The paper suggests that dedicated lines should be built for passenger transport so that the separation of passenger and freight trains can be implemented.
