软模板法制备TiO_2纳米棒

Process Research of TiO_2 Nanorods by the Soft Template Method

摘要 一维纳米TiO2由于比表面积大,长径比高,在工业废水处理中既能充分发挥TiO2的光催化活性,又易分离,故开展TiO2一维纳米材料的研究有重要价值。本文确定了制备TiO2纳米棒最优的工艺条件,用XRD、SEM、FT-IR、TGA-DSC对产物的结构与性能进行了表征。所制备的纳米TiO2呈棒状且为锐钛矿型。利用紫外光催化降解甲基橙的效果考察了这种光催化剂的活性,结果表明,其降解率较用sol-gel法制备的TiO2粉末的降解率提高了10%左右。 One-dimensional TiO2, for its large surface area and high aspect ratio, not only can play fully photocatalytic role of TiO2 in the industrial wastewater treatment , but also is easy to be separated, so the research on it has significant value. In this paper,tbe optimum condition to obtain TiO2 nanorods is determined. Then the phase and morphology of TiO2 are characterized by means of XRD,SEM,FT-IR,TGA-DSC. TiO2 appears in a form of nonarod, and belongs to anatase. Use of UV degradation of methyl orange is employed to examine the effect of photocatalytic activity of the TiO2 nanoreds. The results show that compared with the degradation rate of sol-gel TiO2 powder the degradation rate of TiO2 nanorods increased about 10%.
