在简单介绍本企业基本情况后,首先分别从财务信息的准确性不高、信息孤岛现象严重、对内对外的信息披露迟缓、公司资金监管力度及时效性不足等四个方面分析企业财务信息管理存在的问题,并由此提出财务信息化实施目标和实施总体计划,最后提出实施主要步骤。

After brief introduction of basic situation of the enterprise,the paper first analyzes corporate financial information management problems from 4 aspects： the low accuracy of financial information,the serious islanding phenomenon of information,the delay disclosure of internal and external information,the lack of corporate financial supervision and timeliness.Then proposes the implementation target and the general implementation plan of financial information,finally proposes the main implementation steps.
