Technical Improvement of Updraft Sintering Machine

介绍韶关冶炼厂I系统烧结机技术改造主要内容。通过对台车、传动系统、尾架、密封及风机配置等进行改进,满足了烧结机厚料层烧结工艺要求,提高了烧结块产量和设备的运行可靠性,减少了烟尘排放,取得了较好改造效果。

This paper introduces main contents of mechanical improvement on updraft sintering machine in I system of Shaoguan Smenler,based on the improvement on trolley,driving system,end bracket,sealing and fans configuration,meets the sintering process requirements of deep bed in sintering machine,improves output of sinter lump and operational reliability of the equipment,reduces the fume emission,then achieves preferable modification effects.
