摘要
以过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)为引发剂,在双螺杆挤出机上实现了苯乙烯(st)协效马来酸酐(MAH)熔融接枝乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE);采用正交实验设计重点考察MAH、MAH/DCP及st/MAH含量对接枝率Gd(%)的影响。结果表明:MAH含量对Gd(%)的影响最为显著,其次是MAH/DCP,st/MAH的影响最小;MAH(%)=2%、MAH/DCP=5、st/MAH=0.6为最优配比,以此配比再次进行实验得出的接枝率Gd(%)=1.84为最大值,证明了最优配比的真实性;红外光谱证明MAH成功接枝到POE上。
Using dicumyl peroxide(DCP)as an initiator,the grafting reaction of POE with maleic anhydride(MAH) cooperated with cinnamene(st) was carried out by melt extrusion process.Effects of MHA,MAH/DCP and st/MAH concentration on Gd(%) are studied by using orthogonal design method.The results show that the effect of MHA(%) is the most significant factor,followed by MAH/DCP,the effect of st/MAH is the least factor.The POE-g-MAH with best Gd(%) =1.84 wan prepared under MAH(%)=2%,MAH/DCP=5 and st/MAH=0.6 and the Gd(%) proved that the optimal formula was authentic.Successful synthesis of graft copolymerization can be proved by FTIR spectra.
