摘要
根据维生素C用NaOH滴定时可定量中和1个羟基的性质,结合两点电位滴定法的原理,提出用NaOH作滴定剂测定Vc含量的两点电位滴定法。该法用于测定维生素C片中Vc的含量,测定变异系数为0.062%,平均回收率为99.95%。方法操作方便,数据处理简单,精密度与准确度均较高,测定速度比经典电位滴定法有较大提高。
Vitamin C in tablets was determined by the method of two-point potentiometric titration with sodium hydroxide because Vitamin C had the property of organic acid and can be quantitative titrated by sodium hydroxide.The measurement variation coefficient of the method was 0.062% and the average recovery rate was 99.95%.This method was a convenient,datas processed easily way to determine Vitamin C and had better precision and accuracy than normal potentiometric titration.
