硫磺制酸装置熔硫系统的生产与技术改造

Production and Retrofitting of Deliquescent Sulfur Systems in the Sulfur-burning Sulfuric Acid Plant

介绍威顿公司1 000 kt/a硫磺制酸配套的熔硫系统的生产与技术改造情况。对熔硫槽过滤槽的环形蒸汽管保温、熔硫排气烟囱、5#皮带电缆的改造,高转速过滤泵改为低转速泵,4#皮带增加消防水喷头装置等。改造后对节能减排、安全环保方面都取得了良好的效果,液硫的各项指标均达设计值。

Production and retrofitting of Wylton（China） Chemical 1 000 kt/a deliquescent sulfur systems in the sulfur-burning sulfuric acid plant were introduced.Retrofitting of the ring steam pipe included heat preservation of molten sulfur tank filter tank,molten sulfur vent chimney and the 5th cable power belt,high-speed filter pump to low speed pump and increased the flre sprinkler installations of 4th power belt.The alteration obtained good results of energy efficiency,safety and enviromental protection.Operation index of liquid sulfur reached the design value.
