浅谈地方产业结构调整与工科人才培养模式转变

The Adjustment of Local Industrial Structure and Transition of Engineering Personnel Training Mode

重庆市的第一支柱产业正逐步从汽车摩托车产业调整为笔记本电脑生产为主体的电子信息产业。我校高分子材料与工程专业与笔记本电脑生产衔接紧密,但现有人才培养模式无法适应新地方产业格局需求,需要从课程设置、实践教学、学生就业导向等方面入手,适时转变现有人才培养模式。

The first pillar industry in Chongqi was adjusted from automobile motorcycle industry to electronics and information industry,and notebook PC became the most important products.Polymer material and engineering speciality was closen to notebook PC production.However,the existing training model can＇t adapt to the new pattern of demand for local industry,so the training mode should be changed from the curriculum,practice teaching,and students employmentoriented.
