化工园区安全监督管理存在问题浅议

Discussion on the Existent Problems of Safety Supervision of Chemical Industry Parks

近年来,随着化工园区的不断发展建设,大量生产、使用、储存、运输危险化学品的企业集中布局,逐渐在规划、管理、运行过程中暴露出不少突出问题,文章就目前我国化工园区安全监管过程中存在的主要问题进行分析,旨在呼吁相关部门出台针对于化工园区的安全监管新思路、新方法、新手段,促进我国化工园区监管水平再上新台阶。

Recent years,with the rapid development and construction of Chemical Industry Parks（CIPs）,mass of enterprises which produce,use,deposit and transport hazardous chemicals distributed centrally,and gradually exposure some extrude problems during the course of programming,management and running.In order to appeal relative apartments to come on some new notions,new methods,and new instruments to accelerate the supervision level to a better step,the main problems existed during the course of safety supervision in CIPs were analyzed.
