3种植物生长调节剂对玉米生长发育和产量的调控

Effects of Three Plant Growth Regulators on Maize Growth and Yield

为明确碧护、好鲜收、复硝酚钠3种植物生长调节剂对玉米生长发育、产量的调控作用,为3种植物生长调节剂在玉米上的应用提供依据。以玉米杂交种"贵单8号"为试验材料,采用浸种、叶片喷雾法在田间进行了随机区组试验。结果表明,3种植物生长调节剂均能调控玉米生长,促进玉米叶面积增加,改善玉米的穗长、穗粒重等经济性状;3种植物生长调节剂均能提高玉米产量,其中碧护增产效应较明显,增产率达10.20%,好鲜收和复硝酚钠的增产率分别为2.96%、2.93%。

To ascertain the effects of three plant growth regulators （PGRs） including Bihu, Haoxianshou and sodium nitrophenolate on maize and yield, as well as to provide the basis for application of those PGRs on maize production, a hybrid corn ＇ Guidan 8＇ was selected as the test material, and randomized block experiment was carried by presoaking and foliar spraying technique. The result showed that those PGRs could effectively regulate the maize development, e.g. enlarged leaf area, and improved the economic characters such as ear length and grain weight per spike. All the tested PGRs might increase maize yield. Bihu showed an obvious yield-inereasing effect （ 10.20% ）, and the increase effects of Haoxianshou and sodium nitrophenolate were 2.96% , 2.93% , respectively.
