摘要
以粉色花芍药和紫色花芍药的新鲜花粉为试材,研究培养基中不同浓度的蔗糖、硼酸、pH、NAA浓度、PEG6000对芍药花粉萌发和花粉管生长的影响。结果表明:两种芍药花粉的萌发率和花粉管长度都随着不同处理因素浓度的增加而先增大后减小,分别在蔗糖浓度为20 g/L、硼酸浓度为20 g/L、pH值为6~7、NAA浓度为0.5 g/L、PEG浓度为10 g/L时达最大,紫色芍药的花粉萌发率和花粉管长度都大于粉红色芍药品种。
The effect of sucrose concentrations, boric acid, pH, NAA, PEG6000 in medium on pollen germination as well as pollen tube growth of pink and purple flower cultivars were carried out in the current investigation. The result showed that the pollen germination and pollen tube length of different colors of Paeonia lactiflora increased firstly, then decreased with the increase of concentration, which reached the highest under the condition of 20 g· L-1 sucrose, 20 mg·L-1 boric acid, pH 6 ~7, 0.5 mg·L-1 NAA and 10 g ·L-1 PEG6000. The pollen germination rate and pollen tube length of the purple peony were higher than that of the pink ones.
