摘要
鉴于设计速度与运行速度在公路线形设计中存在局限性,因此提出理论运行速度的概念,并对理论运行速度在高速公路线形设计与评价中的应用进行分析,具有一定的理论意义和实用价值。
Design speed and running speed have limitations in highway alignment design.Given this,it puts forward the concept of theoretical running speed and analyzes its application in the alignment design and evaluation of expressway,which has a certain theoretical and practical value.
