摘要
城市不同发展阶段具有不同的交通特征,微观交通组织、宏观交通组织、交通需求管理等交通组织思路在不同阶段各有侧重。厦门市中心区20年的交通组织经验表明:虽然交通组织思路必须随着城市发展作出及时调整,交通需求管理却是城市交通可持续发展的必经之路。
Cities have different traffic properties at different phrases.Traffic organization thoughts like micro-traffic organization,macro-traffic organization and traffic demand management present different emphasis.Xiamen City traffic organization experiences for 20 years have showed that traffic demand management is essential to sustainable urban traffic development,although traffic organization thought must be adjusted with urban development.
