摘要
从道路网络结构角度分析了城市交通拥堵问题,并通过对城市路网中快速路、主干道、次干道、支路的层次结构与功能进行分析,建立了交通拥堵的诊断模型。用交通分配法计算了路段最佳匹配通行能力,并给出了路段拥挤度和匹配度的计算方法。
This paper studies the problem of urban traffic congestion from the perspective of the structure of road network.Through analyzing the fast roads,main roads,secondary roads in the road network,we establish a diagnostic model of traffic congestion.We use the traffic assignment method to calculate the road′s best match capacity,and give the calculation of road congestion degree and matching degree.
