深井低渗储藏压裂配套技术完善与应用

摘要 深井低渗储藏由于其温度高、渗透率低、孔喉半径小等特点成为油气田开发的瓶颈,压裂改造为油气田开发带来了新的技术力量。随着大功率压裂车组更新换代,大型压裂已成为改造深井低渗储藏的重要技术手段。大型压裂凭着它加砂规模大、砂比高、见效快等特点改变了油田低产的萎靡状态,然而,在改造过程中也逐渐显现出它的不足,如压裂液组分单一成本高、支撑剂导流能力低、返排率低等,这些缺点对大型压裂配套技术提出了新的需求。本文针对深井低渗透油藏的这些特点,提出大型压裂配套技术新工艺,如变粘度技术、支撑剂组合技术及返排工艺技术等,这些技术在辽河油田得到了推广运用,使得高升采油厂累产增油1748t,兴隆台采油厂累产增油5535t,累计增气量34.5万方,取得了十分满意的效果。 Deep and low permeability storage because of its high temperature and low permeability,pore throat radius is small and so become the bottleneck of oil and gas field development.Fracturing of oil and gas field development has brought new technology.With the High Power EMU upgrading fracturing,large-scale fracturing has become an important means to deep low permeability storage.Largescale fracturing,with its large sand,sand ratio,quick returns and so changed oil fields of the sluggish state of low-yield.However,in the transformation process has gradually demonstrated its inadequate such as a single component,the high cost of fracturing fluid,lower proppant conductivity,low backflow rate etc.These technologies have been promoted in the use of Liaohe Oil Field.GaoSheng Oil Production Plant accumulated oil production by 1,748 tons.XingLongtai Oil Production Plant accumulated oil production by 5,535 tons and accumulated gas production by 345,000 m3,achieved very satisfactory results.
