某部队医院非现役文职人员个性与心理健康的分析与启示

Analysis on the personality and mental health of non-active civilian personnel employed by a certain military hospital and enlightenment gained

目的综合分析某部队医院非现役文职人员心理健康状况和个性特征,为提高非现役文职人员心理健康水平提供科学依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和卡特尔16项人格因素问卷(16-PF),对某部队医院68名非现役文职人员进行测量,应用SPSS 18.0软件对数据进行统计学处理。结果该部队医院非现役文职人员的人格特质中,除有恒性、敏感性外,其余各基本因素与国内常模相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);SCL-90总分及各因子分均低于全国常模和军人常模;SCL-90总分与聪慧性、恃强性、敏感性、幻想性、实验性以外的其他基本人格因素显著相关;SCL-90各因子分均与16-PF次级因素中适应与焦虑性、内向与外向型、心理健康因素显著相关。结论某部队医院非现役文职人员个性心理特征对心理健康水平可能有一定影响。

Objective To analyze comprehensively the mental health stares and personality features of non-active civilian personnel employed by a certain military hospital, so as to provide sound scientific basis for the enhancement of the mental health status of those people. Methods Assessments were made by using Symptoms Checklist 90 （SCL-90） and 16 Personality Factor Questionnaire （16-PF） for the 68 non-active civilian personnel employed by a certain military hospital, and data were analyzed with SPSS 18.0. Results Statistical differences could be seen in all the scores of other factors concerning personality features of the non-active civilian pemormel except for perseverance and sensitlvityI, when a comparison was made with those of the Chinese norms （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Total scores and scores of the nine factors of 5CL-90 were all lower than those of the Chinese norms and the norms of the Chinese military persound. Total scores for the nine factors of SCL-90 were significantly correlated with those of other basie personality factors, with the ex- ception of the scores for intelligence, stubbornness, sensitivity, illusion, and experiment. Scores for various factors of SCL-90 were significantly correlated with sub-factors of 16-PF, including adaptability-anxiety, introversion-extroversion and mental health. Conclusion Individual psychological features of non-active civilian personnel employed by a certain military hospital seemed to have certain effects on their mental health status.
