As an electric power construction＇s infrastructure,substation must transform voltage to the voltage that user needed and reduce the electrical network loses,which needs power compensation system.Along with the market economy and the social science＇s and technology＇s development,the power compensation system is also in the unceasing change renewal to adapt the market demand.
