床层相含率对多孔颗粒液固和三相流化状态的影响

摘要 本文采用压力波动测量技术对Schott多孔玻璃颗粒在液固和三相流化床内不同床层相含率下的流化状态进行了实验研究。结果显示:这种颗粒在液固床中呈完全散式流化态。但在三相流化床中,其流化态可在一定的床层相含率和气速下转为聚式。文中将实验结果与现有的液固流态化状态判据作了比较,发现一些判据在可能定性地描述三相的情形,因而有可能将其扩展用于三相流化状态的判别。 : Using Schott Porous glass beads as fluidizing particle, the effect of the bed voidage to thefluidizing state in liquid and three-Phase fluidised beds is studied. The experimental results showno aggregate state in liquid bed but indicate strong effect of the bed voidage and the air velocity onthe stability of three-phase bed. The results are compared with criteria of two -- Phase fluidisationstability in the literature and reasonable agrepments are found between some criteria and the experimental data of three -- phase beds. This indicates that those two-Phase criteria may also be used todescribe qualitatively the state transition of three-Phase fluidisation.
