Process Calculation for Coolers of Phosphate Fertilizer and Compound Phosphate Fertilizer Production

冷却处理使肥料在包装和储存过程中吸湿性和结块性大为改善。工程设计和装置技术改造时,对磷肥和磷复肥生产用冷却器的工艺计算大多采用近似估算,笔者根据多年积累的经验,介绍了转筒冷却器、液化床冷却器的工艺计算方法和计算实例,供参考。

Cooling treatment will significantly improve the hygroscopicity and caking of fertilizers during packaging and storage.During the engineering design and technical revamp for plant,the process calculation for coolers of phosphate fertilizer and compound phosphate fertilizer production mostly uses approximate calculation.Based on experiences by the author over the years,the method and example of process calculation for drum cooler and fluidized bed cooler are outlined,for reference.
