摘要
通过对料浆法重过磷酸钙生产反应的理论分析,推导出重过磷酸钙养分的计算公式,并建立电子表格,快速计算不同酸矿比下的成品重过磷酸钙的理论养分;精确计算重过磷酸钙成品的养分可避免产品不合格,同时又可节约原料成本。
Through theoretical analysis of the production reaction of TSP by slurry process,the calculation formula for nutrient of TSP is derived.A spreadsheet is developed for quick calculation of theoretical nutrient of the product TSP under different acid to ore ratios;through accurate calculation of the nutrient of TSP product,it can avoid off-spec product,and also save raw material cost.
