摘要
较为详细地综述了固相微革取的仪器构造、原理、应用和发展前景.因相微萃取是近年来发展起来的一种无溶剂、简单、高效、经济的样品预处理方法,与传统的溶剂牟取技术相比具有许多突出的优点,目前已被应用于环境分析和药物分析等方面.
Soid phase microextraction (SPME) technique is a non - solvent, simple, fast and economical sample pre - treatment method developed recently. The SPME has many advantages comparing with the traditional solvent extraction technique. The SPME has been used in some aspects such as environmental and pharmaceutical analysis. The instrumentation, principle, development were reviewed in the present paper.
