地铁建设第三方监测实施要点与改进建议

Key Points and Optimization Proposals for Third-party Monitoring in Metro Construction

依托沈阳地铁一号线第三方监测工作实践,结合北京、深圳等地第三方监测实施经验,运用对比分析的方法,阐述地铁建设第三方监测实施过程中有待完善的若干要点,并给出相应的改进建议:1)通过分析第三方监测项目选择的依据、目的等内容,确定了现场安全巡视、地表沉降监测、雷达探测等合理的实施项目;2)通过对地表沉降值的对比分析,给出具体调整沉降控制标准的建议;3)采用新技术、新设备发挥第三方监测先导作用;4)加强对施工监测的指导,推进施工监测全程标准化等内容,以期更好地发挥第三方监测工作在安全建设方面的作用。

Key points to be optimized in the third-party monitoring in the construction of Metro works are discussed by means of analogy and analysis,with the third-party monitoring in the construction of Shenyang Metro Line 1,Beijing Metro and Shenzhen Metro as an example.The following optimization proposals are made： 1） Rational monitoring items,such as field safety patrol,ground surface settlement monitoring and radar detection,are determined by means of analysis on the basis and purpose of the selection of the third-party monitoring items;2） Proposals to adjust the settlement control standard are made on basis of analysis on the ground surface settlement values;3） New technologies,new apparatus and new instruments should be used to bring the guidance effect of the third-party monitoring into full play;4） The guidance on the construction monitoring should be strengthened to push forward the standardization of the full course of the construction monitoring.
