名城保护中的无形文化遗产保护策略

Protection Strategy of Intangible Cultural Heritage in the Preservation of Historical and Cultural Cities

从分析历史文化名城的无形文化遗产保护现状和国内外遗产保护的趋势入手,认为虽然名城保护中无形文化遗产保护还处在起步阶段,但也面临很好的机遇。文章分析认为无形文化遗产具有活态性、生活性和多样性的特征,提出了在名城保护中应当实行整体保护、动态保护和广泛参与的三项无形文化遗产保护原则,以及基于上述原则的保护方法。最后,文章通过安徽历史文化名城绩溪的无形文化遗产保护案例对上述策略进行了阐释。

After discussing the status of protection of intangible cultural heritage in historic cities in china and tendency of heritage protection at home and abroad, the paper firstly concluded that though being at the initial stage, protection of intangible cultural heritage in historic cities was in a good social environment presently. Then based on analyzing the character of intangible cultural heritage which can be generalized as activity , vitality and diversity, the paper put forward three principles and a set of methods about it＇ s protection in historic cities, the former including principles of integrated protection, dynamic protection and widespread participation. At last, a real case was shown to explain the strategy mentioned above.
