目的探讨球形肺炎的影像学特点及临床体征。方法选择32例经临床病理确认的球性肺炎病人,对32例经临床证实的球形肺炎患者的临床和影像学资料进行回顾性分析。结果球形肺炎在临床和影像学上均有较特征性改变,经过一系列检查和治疗观察可做出可靠诊断。结论球形肺炎其征象与肺结核,周围形肺癌鉴别困难时,需依赖临床及病理进行鉴别。

Objective To evaluate the imaging features of spherical pneumonia and clinical symptoms.Methods 32 patients with clinical and pathological confirmation of the ball by the pneumonia patients,32 cases by clinically proven spherical pneumonia in patients with clinical and imaging data were analyzed retrospectively.Results Spherical pneumonia in the clinical and radiographic changes are more characteristic,observed after a series of screening and treatment can make a reliable diagnosis.Conclusion The signs of global pneumonia and tuberculosis,lung cancer difficult to distinguish the surrounding shape,the need to rely on clinical and pathology were identified.
