摘要 目的比较CT分级和改良Alvarado评分系统对进行阑尾炎的诊断性能。方法回顾性分析89例同时具备CT影像资料和改良Alvarado评分资料,并经术后病理或临床随访最终诊断为急性阑尾炎的病例,采用ROC曲线比较二者的诊断性能。结果 CT分级的曲线下面积大于改良Alvarado评分系统,CT分级的特异度和敏感度均高于改良Alvarado评分系统。结论 CT分级对于诊断急性阑尾炎的性能高于改良Alvarado评分系统,但是需二者联合应用才能达到理想的特异度和敏感度。 Objective To compare diagnostic performance of computed tomography classification and modified Alvarado scoring system for acute appendicitis.Methods CT classification and modified Alvarado scoring system data in 89 cases with pathologically or clinically confirmed acute appendicitis were retrospectively reviewed.Diagnostic performance of both modalities was compared by using receiver operating characteristic curve.Results The area under the receiver operating characteristic curve for CT classification was larger than modified Alvarado scoring system.Both specificity and sensitivity of CT classification were higher than those of modified Alvarado scoring system.Conclusion Diagnostic performance of CT classification is higher than that of modified Alvarado scoring system,thus,the combination of both modalities can achieve optimal specificity and sensitivity.
