主要介绍了激光表面处理的发展现状及在汽车冷冲模具上的应用,尤其是激光熔覆和激光强化两种技术,对原理和特点进行了描述,以及激光表面处理技术对汽车模具拉毛缺陷进行处理的工艺,对比了处理方式和最终效果。
Mainly introduced the laser surface treatment development present situation and application in automobile die, especially laser cladding and laser strengthening, the principles and characteristics were described, using laser surface treatment technology to solve automobile die galling defect, compared the processing methods and the final results.
