玻璃酸钠对大鼠膝关节软骨运动性损伤的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨运动性损伤对大鼠膝关节软骨的影响及玻璃酸钠对其的干预作用。方法:采用SD大鼠为实验对象,手术造成膝关节稳定结构损伤,8周后观察软骨形态与评分;30只大鼠随机分成3组,每组10只,Ⅰ组做关节失稳模型+玻璃酸钠关节腔注射,Ⅱ组关节失稳组,Ⅲ组正常组。结果:8周后单纯手术组大鼠膝关节软骨出现明显的软骨损伤,表现为退变性改变,玻璃酸钠干预后可明显缓解这一过程。结论:运动性损伤造成的关节稳定性受损可明显影响关节软骨的结构与功能,关节内早期应用玻璃酸钠可延缓这一过程,具有较理想的治疗效果。 In order to probe into the effects of exercise injury to the SD rats' knee joint cartilage and the hyaluronate sodium intervene functions,this paper studies how the exercise injury influences the joints' stabilities and their structure and function,and gets the result that the hyaluronate sodium has ideal ef-fects in treatment.
