生物可崩解吻合环在肠道吻合术中的应用体会

摘要 肿瘤、穿孔、梗阻、出血、缺血等肠道病变往往需要切除部分肠道后再行吻合。传统方法切除肠道后,多以手工缝合。近年则多以管状吻合器吻合,但吻合口瘘、出血、狭窄和肠梗阻、肠功能紊乱等并发症发生率仍偏高,患者需长期静脉营养,留置腹、盆腔引流管,甚至再手术[1]。
