红景天皂甙对力竭运动大鼠血浆中支链氨基酸的影响

Influence of Hong Jing Tian glucoside on branched chain amino acid in exhausted mouse's blood

探讨中药红景天皂甙在力竭运动中对血浆中支链氨基酸的影响。运用运动训练学和运动生物化学方法对大鼠建立实验模型,采用阶段力竭游泳训练并将大鼠分为安静对照组、训练对照组、安静中药组、训练中药组。实验12天后取材,液相色谱法检测大鼠血浆中缬氨酸(Va1)、亮氨酸(Leu)、异亮氨酸(Ile)的浓度变化。结果发现,红景天皂甙在提高大鼠血浆支链氨基酸方面效果显著。在力竭运动测试中,血浆支链氨基酸对维持大脑中枢稳定、骨骼肌细胞再合成起到了重要的作用。

The experiment model is constructed with the sports training study and sports biochemistry. The tested mouses are exhausted by swimming and are divided into four groups, i. e. , staying still group, training group, staying still and Chinese medicine group and training and Chinese medicine group. After 12 days, the liquid chromatography is used to test the intensity changes of Val, Leu and Ile in the mouses blood. The experiment shows that the Hong Jing Tian glucoside is effective in improving the branched chain amino acid in the mouses blood. In the exhausted training test, it is found out that the Hong Jing Tian glucoside helps main the cerebrocentric stability and composition of skeletal muscle cells.
