Thoughts About Carrying out the Strategy of Continued Developing in the Construction of the Universities Faculty

通过对北京联合大学教师队伍近 5年的发展状况的纵向分析及与其他市属高校教师队伍的横向对比分析 ,结合联大的现状 ,提出联大未来教师队伍的建设应遵照“提高素质 ,改善结构为重点” 。

Through the vertical analyzing of the developing state of the faculty of BUU in the last 5 years and the traverse thinking through other universities,according to the present state of the university,it is put forward a proposal that in the future,the principle of enhancing quality is followed and focal point of faculty developing centered on improving structure of faculty in order to develop the faculty better.Eventually the path of continued development can be taken.
