摘要 发展新的技术方法,早期评价肿瘤对治疗的反应,有助于个体化治疗,意义重大。DW-MRI是在体、无创进行水分子扩散测量与成像的唯一方法,有望成为肿瘤治疗早期反应的有效指标。本综述着重介绍DW-MRI在早期、无创评价肿瘤放化疗疗效方面的实验与临床应用进展。 Finding new techniques and having early assessment of tumors to treatments are very helpful for individualized therapy of tumor. Diffusion-weighted MR imaging, which measures the random (Brownian) motion of water, has been proposed as an early biomarker for tumor response. This review focuses on the development in use of diffusion imaging as a tool for oncologic imaging of treatment efficacy.
