The rapid change of external environment makes sustainable growth of firms to be the hot topic as well as the research difficulty of the management field.Based on previous researches,the paper makes a deep analysis on the presupposition and the dynamic capabilities of the sustainable growth of firms,and a mechanical model is constructed on the function of dynamic capabilities to the sustainable growth of firms.The construction of the model has important practical and theoretical significance to the sustainable growth of firms in dynamic environment.
