脑磁图在精神分裂症中的应用进展 被引量:2

摘要 脑磁图(magnetoencephalography,MEG)是探测大脑神经元兴奋时产生的电流所伴随的磁场变化,为一种无创伤性脑功能成像技术.全头型MEG具有毫米级的空间分辨率和毫秒级的时间分辨率,因此可以实时准确地记录大脑功能的动态活动.此外,MEG还可以将采集到的全脑生物电磁信号分析结果与磁共振成像(MRI)或计算机断层成像(CT)等所获得的结构影像信息进行叠加,从而将脑功能和解剖结构图像进行融合,形成磁源性影像(magnetic source imaging,MSI),以确定脑内磁信号源的精确位置.
